He was ticked off because they dragged him away from watching "Matlock" to give the speech.

Not sure. I guess it had something to do with the amphetamines they pumped into him and how they've trained him to go make an idiot of himself for tv while the real rulers of our country continue to do their dirty deeds behind the scenes.
