He's just not that talented.

I agree, he’s not really too talented, and hasn’t shone at all in anything. Lack of diversity in regards to drama too. I seriously doubt he’d have had a career at all had he not gotten the Friends job. Plus, as long as Friends remains in syndication he is set. 20 mil a year at his age right now, if he’s smart (and I bet he is), he should be set for life. Friends was his Mega-Millions jackpot.

ANYONE FOOLISHLY CLAIMING LEBLANC TO BE UNTALENTED...SHOULD HAVE PAID BETTER ATTENTION TO FRIENDS AND HAS NEVER SEEN HIS FOLLOW UP SHOW "EPISODES"...DUDE HAS SKILL..

He was perfect for the Joey role but it seems that’s all he’s got to offer: playing himself.

I’ve met him. He’s cute and funny and goofy. IOW: Joey.
