Pervs? I was assuming he just had an affair with a co-worker. Again I have no idea what he is being accused of.

He was reported to have yelled at someone and was mean, possibly shoved someone.

You are obviously speaking out your ass. He's getting shit over being mean to someone. It has nothing to do with anything sexual.
