Cleese and Palin tied for me, then Idle.

shareCleese and Idle were always the two funniest for me. Their deliveries and even their very voices made everything they said and did golden.
Chapman comes in second behind them, IMO.
I think each Python had their strengths. Overall, I suppose Cleese has demonstrated more long-lasting and legendary talents, but that's not necessarily a good gauge. Cleese played the best upper or upper-middle class people with screws loose. He also was a consummate physical comedian. On the other hand, Idle was incredibly cheeky, and did more comedy songs and things.
