I hate to say it since he's so douchey now, but Kirk Cameron. Between 1986-89 Kirk was on every cover of every teen magazine, and he was the centerfold every month.

I would say Corey Feldman or Corey Haim their names make you think of the 80s

There are a lot to choose from. I'll say Ralph Macchio, though he was pushing 30 back then.
