If you like tension without the bullshit, check this movie out. It's rare I give a movie an 8/10, especially nowadays

"The Hitch-Hiker" was a decent movie.. I might be mixing it up with another one, but the movie poster was so hideous, the blond dude with the ugliest face.

Ugly but a good actor, I heard The Hitcher (1986) was inspired by this movie.

I was in a Western mood and watched The Outlaw Josey Walles (1976) for the first time. Loved it. It's held up well and has a great mix of action and humor. Some gorgeous cinematography and scenery too.

Gonna watch High Plains Drifter (1973) next.

Did you ever watch this? I see it on TCM occasionally, but my DVR is always full, but I LOVED "The Outlaw Josey Wales", but don't remember thinking much of "The Unforgiven", which seems to be people's favorite of Clint's.

Blue Collar (1978) with Richard Pryor & Harvey Keitel

Fine movie... Paul Schrader wrote "Taxi Driver", too.
