If you had an extra $400,000, what would you spend it on?

If it's my money, it's already invested, but if I suddenly was given or won the money then I would have fun with 10% and invest the rest.

Pay off the mortgage. Replace my sensible vehicle with a newer sensible vehicle. Pay off a small amount of personal debt. That would still leave most of the 400,000 dollars to invest or save.

Pay bills, buy movies

Build a home studio

I'd buy a whole bunch of land that I knew would eventually be marked for development and wait for my payday to come in.
