1. Spontaneous human combustion.
My boss (and certain people) don't really believe in it, but it doesn't make sense to argue with documented evidence.

2. Sleepwalking murders. I think we all believe in sleepwalking in general, but people may not be quick to believe a murder can be the result.
Yet another case with documented evidence
(and a TV movie). If you can walk in your sleep,
you can obviously do anything in your sleep.
