Post links of films that are available on YouTube.

Let's be honest, we've been trapped with nothing to do the last few weeks. Let's help each other pass the boredom by posting links of movies on YouTube.

Some of these don't have English subtitles.

Woman in the Dunes (1964)

No Man's Land (2001)

The Deadly Invention (1958) (Really cool visuals)

Les ordres (1974)

Last Night (1998)

The 39 Steps (1935)

Russian Ark (2002)

EDIT: if you want to download videos from YouTube, type in "pp" after the word "YouTube" in the url, give it a few seconds and download the quality you want.

Ebola Syndrome (1996)

I haven't seen it yet but I want to watch it. Seems pretty wild.

A few worth downloading. Especially the first two.

reply

Both of those are favorites of mine from that genre.

reply

This channel has a ton from that genre:

reply

Subscribed. I'll do the research later to see which ones are worth watching.

reply

I have a short list of some good ones if you want them.

reply

Sure.

These are some I liked:

Manhunt in the City (1975)
Caliber 9 (1972)
Italian Connection (1972)
Il Boss (1973)
Street Law (1974)
The Cynic, the Rat and the Fist (1977)
Cry of a Prostitute (1974)
Almost Human (1974)
A Special Cop in Action (1976)

I already downloaded Street Law and am adding it to my folder. There's a lot of movies there. I'll check the others out.

reply

If you find any that you really like that aren’t in that list, let me know. 👍

reply

Did you ever get to watch Street Law?

reply

Yes. I saw it the day after it was suggested. I also have Caliber 9 on a flash drive just waiting to be watched.

reply

Good deal. If you like the genre, Italian Connection is one of my favorites.

reply

I saved the link you gave on a text pad and didn't download it until two weeks ago. I probably won't watch it until next month because I've been watching horror movies in honour of Halloween.

reply

Rather on the nose due to our current situation:

Stephen King's The Stand (1994)
https://youtu.be/0e64sPHWnsY

reply

I’ve never seen the Stand but I’ve always been interested in it.

reply

If you have a chance, read the novel. It's long but you won't be able to put it down. It's 1000% better than the movie. Maybe 10,000% better.

The Burning ‘81!!

https://youtu.be/XsWP2klf3yA

reply

The Weinstein's wrote that.

reply

True, definitely a detractor. It’s still made by a lot of legends who aren’t the Weinsteins, though.

High Ice (1980) - David Janssen's Last Film

I like these "Night" movies you speak of.

Night of the Living Dead (1968)

FYI: This particular YouTube channel "Timeless Classic Movies" has a lot of old Public Domain films on it.

Thanks I’ll add this channel. 👍
