Bands you hate.

Here's mine. Don't argue, these are all facts.*

Creed
Maroon 5
The Beach Boys
BTS
Val Halen
Bloodhound Gang
Kiss
Imagine Dragons
The Chainsmokers
Bon Jovi
Nickelback
One Direction
Poison
Evanescence
The Jonas Brothers
Mötley Crüe
Limp Bizkit
Fall Out Boy
Good Charlotte

*May not necessarily be a fact because this is all opinion.

I agree with everything on your list but Evanescence. https://youtu.be/4rTofvb1xkk

Metallica.

reply

Good call. Can't stand them.

reply

I hate Hetfield's voice. Their songs all sound the same. But worst of all is their attitude!

reply

Kirk Hammet ruins them for me. He's awful.

reply

Nooooooooooo!

reply

Give them fuel, give them fire, give them everything a good band requires.

reply

Everyone is entitled to their opinion but some opinions are just wrong😠

reply

Like yours!😆

reply

Uggh, why do I like you?!?

reply

Because you like watching St. Elmo's Fire on a continuous loop in my basement!😘

reply

Are you trying to kill me???

reply

Hey, I put an asterisk and you can't argue with an asterisk.

reply

All opinions are equal. But some opinions are more equal than others. :)

These groups call themselves bands, but I consider them junk:
Aerosmith (Freaksmith)
Slayer
Slipknot
Lamb of god

They're all an insult to the band concept.

reply

They're all pretty generic to me. Slipknot is maybe the best of the bunch.

reply

I'll go with most hated

Bon Jovi
Van Halen
Nickelback
Maroon 5
Creed
But man you have created the ultimate poser list of terrible bands.. except Evanescence I stand by them.

reply

Is Imagine Dragons becoming the new Nickelback? That is, the band that everyone other than their actual fans seems to love to really hate? I'm seeing them get bashed A LOT lately.

I actually have a couple of their albums and like some of their songs. LOL. I can't help getting into Thunder.

reply

There original song deserves to be legend. It broke rules and was awesome but since then not so much.

reply

Yeah, they haven't really developed. Their new stuff is kind of the same, just not as good.

I do really like the two albums I have, though.

reply

Sometimes there's a difference between something being good and something you like that's bad, but you can admit it's bad.

reply

I feel conflicted about Bon Jovi. I dislike Jon and what the band became in the 90s, but I LOVE Livin on a Prayer and You Give Love a Bad Name.

I may be a K-pop fan, but I've got to high five you on BTS. God, they're freaking annoying! Their debut was pretty good, though:

reply

I heard someone call BTS a diverse band. They're 7 Korean dudes who perform the same song over and over.

reply

Those people should check out the rest of the K-pop industry. VERY diverse. The plastic surgeon only gives them 3 faces to choose from.😑

reply

I love this but I also kind of want to do the 19 year old guys in this video. Is that bad?

reply

No, I think that's exactly what they want you to think!😆 As long as you don't think the same about the 15-year old in the video!!!😱

reply

But there so hot.. There legal so its ok:)

reply

Good luck!😂

reply

Get to sleep. Cool air, white noise.

speaking of K-pop

reply

Truly inspiring lyrics AND you can dance to it!

reply

Stuff like Coldplay that really flat depressing Brit pop sound that was popular a while back. Maroon 5 etc that generic shit. Then you have all the Top 40 stuff and rap, techno, just soulless noise.

reply

I hate pop, but my absolute least favourite genre is rap. It's all a bunch of people who sample other people's songs, get a featured artist on every song, rap about street life, and they never use a basic instrument.

reply

I'll admit that not every type of music I love would be considered high brow but there is talent and thought involved in it's creation. Rap, techno and pop though is just colour by numbers the same everything with a different title.

reply

You have to listen to underground rap/international rap. Not the commercialized gangsta thug life crap pushed by American corporations. That stuff you're talking about was purposely pushed by mainstream media to denigrate black people and push a lifestyle (hip hop) that was completely invented by MTV and record executives.

Some artists to check out: Digable Planets, Rip Slyme (Japanese), Just Jack (British).

reply

Imagine Dragons: really huh? Guy got a great voice and band got cool beats.

Otherwise I agree with most your picks although I did enjoy Limp bizkit and the song”ain’t nothing but mammals”
