nah
shareIt's very pretty
I could take you down with my Marlin Lever Action .35 at a hundred yards while you're playing with your fancy gun😙
What's a Marlin .35?
I love lever actions. I think my next rifle will be a lever action for .357 rounds. Any suggestions?
The .35 round is a Deer stopper, it's a real heavy hitter
A 180 grain .35 is very fast and accurate and would drop Mike Tyson, no joke
The only problem is they can be hard to find so buy them up when you see them (I have 200 rounds in this calibre I love it so much)
The Pre 73 Marlin rifles were affordable and good quality (after 1973 Marlin began using plastic internal parts which is absurd)
I don't know much about rifles chambered for pistol shells, but I did fire a 9mm Israeli Rifle made of poorly smithed, cheap stamped steel and my fingers were bleeding by the end of the round...what a piece of garbage that rifle was!
If you want a .357 just go with a Colt or Smith pistol
I feel like pistol rounds are no good in a rifle
Hi-point actually makes a fine 9mm carbine. You should have a look at it. I didn't know about Marlin's plastic internals, thanks for the info. My SP101 fires .357 and .38 rounds and since I have other rifles I just want one that will save me time and money as far ammo goes.
shareI'll look into Hi-Point, I'm not well versed in those
I own 10 nice rifles and shotguns at this point but my Marlin is my sweetie...accurate, easy to load, lightweight and heavy hitting
Obliged Cruz👍
Most folks won't even consider hi point because they're cheap but for me that just makes them easy to buy and shoot. Surprisingly they're damn near impossible to destroy.
shareRifles that are chambered in pistol cartridges do have their uses. They are usually short so they are maneuverable in vehicles like trucks and boats. They recoil less and are useful in any situation where you want less penetration than a higher powered rifle. Actually it sounds like we’re talking about a SMG now. Lol
share9mm or .357 would make a fine SMG.
I think 10mm would be a fantastic upgrade for the Thompson.
Good vampire killer
