A local cinema is screening 19 movies from fantastic movie year 1999. So which movies would you choose? EDIT: Just to be clear, what movies from 1999 would you put on YOUR OWN list?

I want to take my mother to The Sixth Sense. I spoilt the twist for her after I saw the movie back in 1999.😔

I would definitely add The Mummy as well!

Todo Sobre Mi Madre is actually the same as All About My Mother.😊

I'd startd with Eyes Wide Shot, Fight CLub, The matrix and the Green mile because I never saw them at the theatre. Then I'd go with Kikujiro because I never saw it.

I don't know, I'd have to look at what was made in 1999. Might come back to it later but no time for now

Yeah, I actually expected them to show American Beauty as well, but maybe they decided against it because of Kevin Spacey. 🤷‍♀️

I really want to see Lola Rennt. Apparently it's going to be a 35mm presentation.

So any movies you'd like to see that are not on the list?

ah, i missed your point!

hmmm...
malkovich & run lola run are films i'd love to see in the theatre again, & would be on the top of my own curated list.
iron giant came out that year, & i still haven't seen that either.

i remember liking summer of sam, & would like to see it again.

Yeah, I know Lola Rennt is from 1998. I guess they went by the Dutch release date of February 1999.
