Books vs Audiobooks
Which do you prefere and why? For me it depends on the situation and the narrator.

shareI prefer books. I like reading the words myself.
shareI've never even considered an audio book. I'd rather listen to the voices in my head than hear someone else's interpretation. 😉
shareI am not opposed to audiobooks, but I've only listened to 2 so far. I prefer reading when it comes to larger works. I do, however, really enjoy some storytelling podcasts.
shareI prefer reading, I don't like audiobooks at all
shareWhile I never use Audiobooks, a well-told story can be a treat. Back when I lived in Michigan around 1981 I started listening to the Radio Reader and that was fun. I still listen to a lot of NPR and occasionally something similar to an audiobook comes on. If I commuted a whole lot I might have considered audiobooks but it never worked out that way.
shareThe Alan Partridge audiobooks are hilarious, Narrated by Steve Coogan. I wouldn't listen to them while driving though as there's a good chance of a pileup.
shareDefinitely books. I don't need some Hollywood actor reading me bedtime stories.
shareI have never listed to an audiobook. I think you would absorb more by reading.
