English is a pleasing language to foreign ears. It has elongated sounds compared to most language, which have short sounds. That's why foreigners often speak English too fast.

I'm late to reply to this, but I have to disagree. French is the worst sounding language. It just sounds weird.

English backwards most smegin' definately sounds like Bulgarian.

Bulgarian is a cool language, like all other Slavic languages.
