Sounds like something the hippie Leo would mockingly say repeating someone else's words on That 70s Show. I love the scene where he gets pulled over at a stop by law enforcement and he says "What's the matter 'occifer'?"
shareWell it is from a sitcom. The context of it is that one of them knows nothing about politics but went to a summer camp as a kid called Camp David. So they're totally talking past each other.
