Runaway Train and Barfly were pretty good... I've heard Joe is good but never saw it... maybe Street Smart for Morgan Freeman's performance but the rest seem bad except for perhaps That Championship Season.

The resident evil series and tomb raider movies,they're not great movies,but are fun to watch

Scarecrow walks at midnight. Classic example of a brilliant b movie.

I’ve seen a bunch of those, and I’d definitely watch the shit out of the rest.

5-7 star movies is where I live, and I have a feeling most of these are in that range.
