Is it bigoted to not be attracted to trans women?

Is it bigoted to not want to date them?

Marry them?

Have children with them?

He is only raising the question because some TransFolk openly state that straight people not wanting to be gay is transphobic.

Like they want to force straight people to date them...it's sick.

No, you are attracted to who you are attracted to. It isn't bigoted to not be attracted to certain types of people.

If you are straight or gay and not transgender then it makes sense you wouldn't want to be with someone who is transgender. Personally I think transgenderism is a mental illness that should not be promoted.

Nope. And I feel sorry for people (or should I say sheep) who have to go with the crowd instead of having their own thoughts and their own voice.
You have a right to like anything and dislike anything you want.
A lot of these people who say you should like what they like are in fact practicing a form of the very thing they scream against - discrimination!

This question has been asked before here and my answer is still the same. No its not bigoted as we as Men want real Women. These so called "Trans Women" are going to trick the wrong guy and end up getting seriously hurt or killed. All because you couldn't get your mental illness in check.

Not MY answer, but if I were to answer on behalf of current progressive transgenders and allies, then the answer to all of the above is YES, it is bigoted.

Date them? Marry them?
Compete with them? Share a locker room with them?

The inevitable reason you don't want to is always the same: because they're not REAL women. But when it comes to not dating/marrying them, they usually refrain from interrogating about it out of fear of being antagonistic. Nevertheless, I did see their answers when they actually discuss the reason.

When the reason circles back to "they're not REAL women", it's ALWAYS bigoted. Of course, they attempt to make themselves appear "fair" by trying to offer "less bigoted" reasons to not want to date/marry trans women.
