Man who got away with murder because he was black, dies.

OJ was acquitted by a mostly black jury because he was black. Don't even bother denying it, jurors have come right out and said it. What a sad world to live in, where murder is acceptable based on the color of your skin.

Have you heard the theory of his son doing it, and he took the fall? Apparently, his kid was a whackjob back then, and was constantly getting in trouble...including for stabbing people.

reply

OJ had a long history of violent behavior toward Nicole. And it was his DNA all over the place at the murder scene. Nah, it was the Juice.

reply

Is it acceptable that he was found innocent in a US court of law?

reply

Good. I'm sorry he lived as long as he did.

reply

No.. He was acquitted because "If the Glove Don't Fit, You Must Acquit" and it's true.. The Prosecution fucked up making that man try on the leather glove while wearing a latex glove and of course it was going to be too tight..

reply

He was acquited because he was rich and had damned good lawyers!

Only a naïve moron would think being black is a benefit in the US legal system.

reply

You might not have noticed but it's not 1930 Mississippi outside anymore. Join us in the real world.

Black jurors from his case have publicly admitted his race, and the fact that the trial took place in the wake of the Rodney King case, impacted the verdict. Only a moron would think race wasn't the reason an obviously guilty double murderer got off scot free.

Here's a government study from 2023.
- Higher conviction rates
- Significantly longer sentences
- Much less likely to receive probation
Seems like race definitely matters when walking into a courtroom. And OJ was 30 years ago. Without looking, I guarantee those numbers would be even worse back then.

The fact that the "real" killer was never found speaks volumes.
