Is Biden more obsessed about Climate Change than his fellow comrades?

Biden insisted that there was going to be no more drilling and electric cars will be to 50% by 2035. As much as his allies want it, it seems he is even MORE interested than them for it to happen ASAP.

That is a great policy whether or not you "believe" in climate change.

The move off fossil fuels is the biggest challenge humanity has ever faced by a million percent.
Best get started before crunch time .

Really? I always thought that SOME of his speeches were him pursuing his own opinions and ideas. Is he sane enough to actually know what he desires or is he really that much of a senile puppet being controlled by his colleagues?
