T-rump compares impeachment to "lynching"

Just when you think T-rump can't say anything dumber than he did the last time he opened his mouth, he makes sure to prove you wrong.

Today on Twitter, he lamented that he's the 'victim of a lynching'. Yeah, he compared the Impeachment inquiry to the horrific, extrajudicial killings of thousands of African-Americans in one of the most immoral, disgraceful periods of this country's history.

Cowardly T-rumptards and Republicans agreed with him. Do we expect anything less?

reply

And then the same words from Biden back during Clinton impeachment thing. But it was just another thing that Biden didn't remember. The rumor out that since we do here listen to that is Biden has brain trouble from not getting enough oxygen from the years he had his head up Orangatans backside.

reply

With grammar like that, you're in no position to criticize others about brain trouble.

reply

I tried to read what he posted three times - doesn't make any sense. So I moved on.

reply

Its not the language that should be used, but some of the stuff Trump has said IS comparable to calling for a lynching.

Like when he called for the execution of the Central Park Five. Trump's evidence for their execution was that they were black and in the park when a woman was raped.

In 2001 Matias Reyes confessed to the rape and said he acted alone. Reyes was not part of the CP5, and his semen matched that of the crime scene.

Last June, Trump doubled down that he was correct in wanting those five teens executed for a crime they didn't commit.

Trump still holds that opinion. Ohh, but he says HE'S the one being lynched. What a godawful piece of shit we have for a president.

reply

Nadler: “I wish we could get this over with quickly. … In pushing the process, in pushing the arguments of fairness and due process the Republicans so far have been running a lynch mob.”

Democratic Senator Harry Reid: “The Lynch Mob though, Mr. President, now has a new leader”

Democratic Senator John Kerry: “It’s a verbal political Lynching on the floor of the Senate”

BIDEN IN 1998: "Even if the President should be impeached, history is going to question whether or not this was just a partisan lynching..."

reply

I think Kerry's "verbal political lynching" gets a pass because its impossible to lynch someone with political verbiage.

Biden saying "partisan lynching" could be taken one of two ways. Either being lynched by partisanship which is similar to above, or partisan players are engaging in lynching which is on par with how Trump said it and further shows how much of a gaffe machine Biden is.

"Lynch mob" is a little more complicated in that we have a tendency to use that term to refer to groups that band together for a cause we don't like. Its kinda like calling someone a mobster or a member of the mafia even though they clearly aren't.

Trump is getting heat because he's saying he himself is a victim of a lynching. It belittles those that have actually been lynched. If he said it was a verbal political lynching then its not as big of a deal. If he said the dems were a lynch mob he'd get some heat but not as much because over-exaggerating his aggressors isn't as bad as belittling lynch victims.

Still.. it would be smart to stay away from the language all together.

reply

Translation: If you're a Democrat, you can say anything with impunity. SMH.

reply

"Translation: If you're a Democrat, you can say anything with impunity. SMH."

Translation: You have no idea how to articulate your point so you resort to non sequiturs.

reply

Nope. Just the facts.

reply

Then articulate your argument and ditch the non sequiturs that you use to avoid it. Show where I said the democrats can say anything with impunity. Translation: You can't.

reply

Do you have any memory? Here's the first one: "I think Kerry's "verbal political lynching" gets a pass".

reply

And I explained why. It is impossible to lynch with political verbiage. You have no counter argument.

reply

Quit playing stupid. If a Democrats says "lynch", "lynching", "lynch mob", etc., it's "explainable/justified". If a Republican does, no matter the context, it's racist and vile and they must suffer the wrath of the gods. You know it's true and frankly I don't know how you can be a member of such a hypocritical party of liars, much less look yourself in the mirror.

reply

Yet I just criticized Biden for saying something similar to Trump, and I never said Trump was racist for saying "lynching." Your emotions are getting the better of you.

However, Trump is indeed guilty of calling for a lynching with the Central Park Five even though he knows Matias Reyes actually committed the crime they were accused of. He still holds the opinion that the five teenagers should've been executed for a rape they did not commit.

The fact remains that the only one who can say anything with impunity is Trump.

reply

It's all over the news that his remark was "racist". The head of the Congressional Black Caucus (a racist entity) said it herself.

reply

Biden has also been accused of racism. Hillary too with her "super predators" remark from the 90s.

Also, being called a racist has nothing to do with impunity. You have the first amendment right to call anyone you want a racist.

reply

You're either playing stupid or you aren't grasping a basic premise. Either way, I can't help you.

reply

Nope. You just have no argument. You're here to drool on your keyboard and pat yourself on the back for a job well done.

reply

Oh, the irony...

reply

You've already given up. "Oh, the irony..." isn't a solid statement for a comeback or argument or anything. You're admitting you had nothing to start with.

As Russia invades Ukraine, Trump tells Ukraine that if they want help they have to investigate Biden for him. What's chilone's take?

chilone: *drool* Antifa *drool*

Is Trump's impeachment inquiry akin to a lynching?

chilone: "drool" dems "drool" impunity

Keep drooling, MAGA chud.

reply

I'm not giving up anything. It's ironic that you that you act so high and mighty but a very simple concept went WAY over your head. I guess that's to be expected though, if you think ANY of the Democrat candidates are viable and have valid, workable platforms other than we hate T-rump.

As Russia invades Ukraine, Trump tells Ukraine that if they want help they have to investigate Biden for him. What's chilone's take?

My take? You're a liar and presenting a lie as fact.

reply

Explain the lie. Translation: You can't.

Is Trump's impeachment inquiry akin to a lynching?

chilone: "drool" dems "drool" impunity

Keep drooling on your keyboard, MAGA chud.

reply

Your statement was a lie. I don't have to explain anything. You did it yourself.

reply

Prove the lie. Translation: You can't.

reply

If you don't know that your statement that you presented as fact was true, which you don't, it's a lie. Do you really need this explained to you?

reply

You can't even show the statement I "presented as fact" that you are contesting. All you can do is drool.

reply

You left out antifa. I'm disappointed. Getting lazy?

reply

Is Trump's impeachment inquiry akin to a lynching?

More drooling?

reply

It most definitely akin to a lynching, figuratively, which is how he presented it. You also know this.

reply

Well then you give Biden a pass for what he said in Clinton's impeachment.

Well, well, well. chilone can give Biden a pass, but ultravioletx isn't allowed to give Kerry a pass.

reply

I didn't mention Biden, whatsoever. What the hell are you even talking about? Do YOU even know?

reply

Come on, man. Use your damn brain. If you give Trump a pass for saying his impeachment inquiry is a figurative lynching, then you have to give Biden a pass for saying Clinton's impeachment was also a figurative "partisan lynching."

Yet you condemned me for giving Kerry a pass for "verbal political lynching." Which is how your whole diatribe started. Which is why I criticized you for not having an argument. Which is why I am "figuratively" accusing you of drooling on your keyboard.

reply

By the way, what exactly do you get out of your ridiculous, childish attempts to insult me? Do you think it bothers or "gets" me , in any way? You just look like a toddler throwing a temper tantrum.

reply

Just trying to get you to stop drooling on your keyboard for a change.

Is Trump's impeachment inquiry a lynching?

Your only response is to drool.

You replied to me first. I didn't give two craps about you. You're pissed off that I'm replying back :)

reply

Assuming I was drooling, how would your infantile attempts to insult me, get me to stop. Sounds like of the two of us, you're the more likely drooler.

reply

Infantile attempts to insult you would not get you to stop drooling. However, prompting you to use your brain potentially can. But you do have a point that it is only a small chance.

reply

Give it up, already. I'm actually embarrassed for you.

reply

Oh hell no. I want all of this stuff available for Google's spiders until the end of time. I'm gonna be linking this shit for years to send to friends and family in the years to come to remind them how pathetic you MAGA chuds really got.

reply

You must lead a very lonely, pathetic existence if you're gonna be thinking about this past today, much less linking it for years and sending it to friends and family. Be careful. They may hold an intervention. I feel sorry for you.

reply

Not even close. Unlike you, I can actually show this stuff to people I know. Nobody in your circle of friends or family knows who or what chilone is. They will never get to see your actual opinions here. Everything you write here will remain just as isolated from society as you are while typing them in your basement.

reply

And where are you getting this baseless, unfactual conjecture? From your imagination? You know absolutely nothing about me. You're pretty out there!

reply

I didn't give two craps about you. I'm replying back :)

You're you own circular firing squad. Lol!

reply

I didn't give two craps about you. I'm replying back :)
I didn't type this. This is a modified quote. You are a liar.

reply

You did type that. I removed the irrelevant part. Nice try, though.

reply

That's not a quote. That is two quotes, modified, and arranged into one. You are a liar. And a drooler :)

reply

Key words. Two QUOTES. You wrote both of them. You're the liar. Regardless, you said and I'm paraphrasing, you didn't give a shit about me but yet you replied. Circular firing squad. Quit while you're behind.

reply

For the record, I'm not disagreeing that I said it. I'm merely making a point that you never combine two separate quotes into one while claiming it was a direct quote which the [quote] syntax is 100% designed for.

Now as to the substance: Its true I don't give two craps about your posts on here. Its been nothing but 'you support Antifa' (paraphrasing) all week from you. But when you are replying to me, you are asking for me to reply back. For you to then complain about my replies back to you is hilarious. That is what "You replied to me first. I didn't give two craps about you. You're pissed off that I'm replying back" was referring to.

reply

I'm not remotely pissed. I know about the quote thing but I'm not a HTML expert and I couldn't get the quotes the way I wanted and wasn't invested enough to keep trying. doggiedaddy needs to be exposed as a member of antifa and the antifa deniers also need to be exposed. BTW, I have never (that I recall) asked you to reply back to me. This is my first post on this thread

Translation: If you're a Democrat, you can say anything with impunity. SMH.
I asked for no reply. I DID ask you a couple of questions regarding your responses, if you want to consider that asking for a reply.

reply

First you claimed you removed the part of my quote because it was irrelevant, which is complete BS. You removed it because it altered the narrative of what you were trying to say.

Now you are claiming that replying to someone is not inciting them to reply back. You are hiding behind some falsehood that someone should only be incited to reply back if you ask them to.

I'm definitely getting some serious bullshit vibes from you.

reply

It was irrelevant. I didn't ASK you to reply and I honestly didn't expect you to. My comment was really for the thread readers. You chose to respond and then later said you didn't give a shit about me. However you spin it, THAT was the bull shit.

reply

Whenever someone replies to you, moviechat gives a notification. On top of it, your non sequitur of "Translation: If you're a Democrat, you can say anything with impunity. SMH" had no logical support. Naturally, I'm going to ask you to back it up.

After an hour, I got you to admit that you gave Trump a pass for the same language you accused me of giving a pass to democrats for. Except I didn't. I only gave a pass to Kerry.

reply

I never admitted anything of the sort.

reply

I think these are all distinctions without a difference. In all cases, it is obvious that the individuals were speaking metaphorically and had no intention of belittling real victims of lynching.

reply

I agree that it is all metaphor. And while I disagree there is no difference, I would agree the differences aren't very significant. Its all subjective to the individual. But when it comes to Kerry's "verbal political lynching," he's not only speaking in metaphor, he's describing it as a metaphor as he's saying it. That was basically what I was getting at when I said I give it a pass.

Like if Politician A said "I'm being lynched," and Politician B said "I'm being metaphorically lynched," I would give Politician B a pass.

reply

Unless A has a noose around his/her neck, it's OBVIOUSLY a metaphor.

reply

Today's lies and propaganda brought to you by doggiedaddy. MC's resident, delusional member of the terrorist organization: antifa.

reply

Democrats compare Trump to Hitler all the time. Seems a bit insensitive to the Jewish community to me but the leftists seem to think it's ok. How is this a bigger stretch than that?
