Wyoming is a territory, just like Provence, Tierra del Fuego, or Bavaria. The people who live there are Americans, French, Argentinians, and Germans. Palestine is a topographical place. The people there are called Arabs.
The Palestinian "people" were invented in 1964 by Jassir Arafat with the active assistance of left-wing European media. It did not exist before. The fabrication of a Palestinian people served solely to delegitimize Israel. This is not even a conspiracy theory, but common knowledge.
