Yeah, it was like watching extras from The Magicians in a movie. Almost unrealistic how they require nearly everyone to be asshole and all the kids curse at you and or super precocious. I guess it's supposed to make killing them enjoyable or funny, but it's just kind of distracting and obnoxious to me. I agree, unless it's 3 or 4 out of 10, and even then it seems a tad generous lol. Boobies would have maybe helped you but how will that help me enjoy the film? Also, is it only female nudity that improves a movie? You could just look at tits on your phone while this movie played and then it would have at least been decently explicit and probably a better plot. Needing a breast flash seems more like something a teenager without internet access would crave in today's time. getting his ass kicked by a dork who is getting his ass kicked by band dorks I agree here, we can't even get a decent horror flick out of this mess, and the dudes are crying for boobies as per usual lol. I don't quite understand your complaint. You say they don't do anything knew and then complain about new stuff... (things that you think are new btw) -A remake doesn't have to re-tell the exact story, because that would align more with it just "kinda being there.." or pointless, imo. -Jason knowing how to use a bow and arrow isn't farfetched for a reclusive hunter in the woods... He definitely has a penchant for aiming a harpoon gun which is essentially a crossbow when he killed Vera in part 3. (This movie runs through movies 1-3) Not saying they are the same, but I can imagine a person surviving alone in the woods all that time may learn how to use a bow, which is more simple in concept and usage, to a crossbow/harpoon gun. -The mystery was the missing girl from the beginning since a main character (her brother) was going around searching for her which led him to the campsite. There was also mystery as to why he keeps her and what he plans/planned to do with her. Will the super nice girl that gives secondary final girl energy survive her friends, since she's actually involved with the plot? Unlike part 1/2/3 a guy actually survives too. -Jason runs in part 2/3/4 so I don't understand why anyone thought that was new. -The weird dancing blonde guy, really? -Jason is a more polished apex predator of his domain in this film and that was enjoyable for some of us that wanted to see him presented with some sense of agency. What if you didn't put that spoiler in the title for everyone too see? So many bad script decisions, I still don't like the first film and hated kills.. lol, yes. I'm good with H20 being the final film in the 1, 2, H20 trilogy. I think Zombie's first Halloween was better than any of greens Halloween films. I think they both have some somewhat unlikeable characters, but Zombie's were definitely more realistic. Green's films require nearly every victim to be beyond stupid or literally just stand/lay there waiting to die. Exactly. Michael, who took out the armed fire fighters, nostalgia team, and a mob of dumb ass citizens is the underdog? He killed Laurie's friends, daughter, son-in-law, possible grandson-in-law, and put her in the hospital and he's the underdog lol? I could definitely go without the nudity, but she was an awesome character imo. Right lol!? And to be fair, the older woman with the drone, was the cemetery worker from Halloween 2018... but this series directors looove retread so... I feel like it was an over-promise to begin with. This film relied on tons of stupidity to keep it moving, at least for 2018's sake. What's your demographic? Is wanting to go to a dance class instead hunting that weird? Her part was my favorite in the movie, next to the fucking nuts ending.
