shareProbably not. But as indicated, I don't think the procession at the end of Ends was really *allowed* either. I think it's situational. The firefighters probably know who Michael Myers is, and have heard that he's on the rampage again. So had they been able to talk to Laurie long enough for her to explain that she has him trapped inside and hopes to burn him alive, they might make an exception.
