The more information that's emerging is ridiculously pointing towards human error...
The Baltimore ship, the crew had 22 Indians on board. The captain was Ukrainian, and the reason for the crash was a loss of power onboard of the ship. The likely cause is presumed to be a maintenance failure. They issued a likely impact on the bridge 15 minutes before hitting it, so they had time to shut down the bridge to traffic.

I would think Maersk is more responsible than Synergy as their crew were actually driving the ship. There also the cyber attack theory and that may have rendered any crew powerless to control or slow down the ship.
EDIT: I am wrong... I have the companies mixed up. I need to stop staying up so damn late.

So I made $1500 in dividends, in 2023, on the PSLV shares I bought with what I had left over in my brokerage account when I pulled out the majority of my money in 2022.
I just put in a sell order for that $1500 and I'm gonna snag 20 shares of DJT and HODL! 🤣🤣🤣
