Great world building with excellent writting that doesnt feel like an insult to my intelligence, it doesnt feel like bubblegun entertainment where its pointless and stupid but you are expected to just keep on chewing because it feels like eating food.
The cast feel like they belong, they dont feel like ideals pushing some message through my skull, they feel like people living in a galaxy far far away.

nothing is perfect, so far (up to episode 10) i give it 9/10⭐

Yes to all of this.

I feel like the previous three SW shows have made viewers skeptical of this one.

The show runners for Andor care and you can tell.

It's become essential viewing for me, after a slow start in the first few episodes.

I think its main strength is that unlike the recent SW Disney shows, it does not rely on cameos, guest stars and callbacks to the original movies.

It has created its own universe and largely completely new set of characters.

For anyone who has seen episode 10, if Andy Serkis does not get an Emmy for his powerful and heart wrenching performance, there is no justice.

It's an amazing show. I knew it was going to be good as I also love Rogue One. These are at the top of my Star Wars list.

I was very skeptical "current age and all" and I hated the first two episodes but I'm sure glad I "stuck it out",
Turned out to be the best show I have seen in a long long while.

Agreed, this and Severance are my favourite new shows of 2022, I think they're both essential viewing if you're into sci-fi (despite both shows being very different)

Episode 10 is amazing, Andy Serkis proving once again what a fantastic actor he is.

It's really really good, IMO the best since the OT. Superb acting and an altogether exciting story.

It's the best thing I've seen in a long while, you can literally feel the intelligence behind the production.
