This show is extremely well written! If you are an emotional watcher prepare to cry. There is very dark humor but completely relatable. If you know anyone struggling this is a good show to recommend them watching. If you have never personally with anyone going through it, it will open your eyes. It even jumps into alzheimer/dementia
Issues. Thank you Gary for such a wonderful show.

No. It's just cleverly written and funny. No learning, no hugging.

I watch things as if I were the character. I cried several times. I am an emotional watcher.

It didn't make me cry, but I did enjoy it. I binge watched both seasons last night.

I just started watching it, and I definitely like it a lot. I am not so sure it is well-written, but what it is is sincerely written. I really like this about Ricky Gervais - that on some level he takes what he does seriously, unlike most of Hollywood.

For example, I saw a video of Ricky Gervais talking to Larry David. Both are funny, but Larry doesn't ever really go anywhere with this stories or comedy.

But who's Gary?
