Worth watching after Season 1?

Was excited to get around to watching this, but Season 1 kind of sucked honestly. Not enough Chucky, bad acting, too much focus on the romance/teen drama. I was hoping for a Chucky show, not some lame CW type YA show. It seems to be hinting at getting more into the lore of the movies with the induction of Andy and Tiffany at the end, but I don't want to waste more time on this if it doesn't get better.

No, don't waste your time. It gets worse. Don Mancini has ruined his own franchise. Hell, season one wasn't even worth watching.
