Basically - "The only reason people suffer is because people at the top are too greedy. If people at the top weren't so greedy we'd all be better off."
and - "If it were left up to people, they would always choose to screw everyone below them. Even for no good reason after they've had their fill, they'll step on your food and spit in it."
Obviously, we all need a benevolent overlord to force people into equality, otherwise the bottom will always suffer at the expense of the top.
But like all simple minded 3rd grade level nonsense, it all falls apart in the light of reality.
