Dumbest Plot ever?

Dr Manhattan, the guy who can rearrange matter on a whim, the guy who won the Vietnam War by himself, apparently he was no match for a bunch of dumb rednecks in pickup trucks. But wait it gets better.

The leader of the dumb rednecks wants to capture Dr Manhattan to gain his powers conceivably to promote more white supremacy not knowing another deranged psychopath also wants Dr Manhattan's power so she can go on her Go Green crusade. Luckily the world is save by a hail of frozen squid. I gotta admit the plot wasn't all bad as it gave a plausible explanation for all the black on black crime that the media never reports. Yup they were all hypnotized by the KKK.

I only made it 2 or 3 episodes before I bailed. Once I realized it is nothing like the comic, I was out. It's like it took another script, about a completely different story and topic, and just threw in Watchmen characters. Like how Cyborg is supposedly the script for He-Man 2. It's just nothing like the original AT ALL.

I gave up when ze blk woman sprayed paint over her eyez. Not practical as a mask. Too dumb. And then all ze pretentiousness and self-righteousness of somethin mo grandiose than it really is. Cmon gimme a brake. And on top of dat, no good action scenez, borin borin borin, and all fugly non-likable actorz.
