I remember when Top Gun was considered crap by critics...

Compared to this, Top Gun is Shakespeare! They even had some plot, characters, a love story and it almost looked realistic.

This total turd, and many others like it, are what nowadays is considered "a fun action evening at the movies". Poor Hollywood!
On this perfect baguette of crap I wouldn't waste my bandwidth to download it for free, let alone watch it, let alone pay money to watch it!
If anything, I'd have to be paid to endure it.
And I'm sure the few critics that said anything positive about it, got exactly that: money for their 2.5 star review.

Well no it wasn't that bad. But really Top Gun had Kelley and Meg in it though.

Wait, is that a plus in your book?
I always considered one to be too ugly, the other to have too little of a part to be interesting.

Standards of quality are constantly dropping.
