To be fair the whole family in general is a bunch of murderers who use family as their reasoning. Shaw used family for the reasoning behind Hans murder, so he's really no worse than they are. Plus Cipher from Fate of the Furious was behind all the bad guys since Fast and Furious 6 evidently.
