Ghostbusters '3' may succeed where Terminator '3' failed

nice. T:DF now being held up as an example of how NOT to do the 'lets try that again '3rd' movie!' FUCK!!

reply

i fear that gb3 won't feel like a ghostbusters movie at all. set in a small town as opposed to nyc, starring kids...

reply

yes and also GB3 is facing a similar scenario to DF in that its the "3rd" film coming after the previous '3rd' movie (that was also a reboot) disappointed everyone and underperformed around 4 years ago

The studio probably feeling abit uncomfortable around now..

reply

The new cast shouldn't have more than 20 minutes or 30 minutes of worthy screen time.

This just doesn't feel like Ghostbusters III, from reading everything it's more like Ghostbusters 2020 (a reboot which sucks) or a sequel to that horrific gender bending flop.

1. The NEW CAST MUST be nuked...
2. It's not a reboot
3. It's a sequel

It's Ghostbusters III...I can't imagine anyone other than Michael J. Fox running toward Doc Brown as he screams, "It works, it really works!".

...And I can't imagine Ghostbusters III without Bill Murray, Dan Akyroud, Sigourney Weaver, Ernie Hudson and Annie Potts.

And where is Rick Mornais??

reply

Oh wah wah wah. Ghostbusters is overrated anyways. Let them try something new instead of rehashing the same old bullshit.

reply

Well GB:AL barely made it to 200m ww.. but then the budget was ALOT less than TDF
