too many spiderman movies. they have actually made 8 spiderman movies in the last 18 years, that's way too many

it used to be superhero movies would come out every 4 or 5 years or at least every 3 years and because of this it was a big deal. back when superman was made there were 2 movies in 2 years, then not another until 4 years later, then another 4 years until the next superman movie.

it was the same for batman, two batman movies in 3 years, then 3 years later another one, then a 2 year wait until another one. and that's all we had as far as big comic book superhero character movies.

now we have 4 superhero movies in theaters every single year. its overwhelming and you can't enjoy the movies because you are watching too many of them.
