mini movie

Sometimes these little music videos tell a whole story in less than five minutes. They are a bit like a well told written short story: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dZLfasMPOU4

so music videos with a "story" get a movie page now ? wow !

I wonder if Bohemian Rhapsody will get one

...or that "Blue" song from the 90's thats starts :
"This is a story all about a blue man ... blue house ... blue car "

or the Fresh Prince theme !

Whatever IMDb has Moviechat has - so if someone bothered to create an entry for a music video, very short film or even the school play they filmed, then it could turn up here. It suddenly occurs to me that I've never seen a page for an advert but I wouldn't be surprised if there are some.
And yes, there is an IMDb entry for the original music video so I assume there is one here too: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0168526/reference/

reply

Yeah , i get that its all mirrored from imdb.
That makes it even more surprising this kind of thing gets through.

You'd think it'd take approvals from a good few other imdb "pro-users" or whatever before school plays n stuff get in.

...and yes, it is!

you can just use the tt numbers to swap from one site to the other

It's been a long time since I bothered - in fact I stopped when they took the boards down - but any registered user can enter data. It's not a very user friendly process and I think there was a review step but it was do-able. I assume the pro version of IMDb would make it a lot easier.
My comment about a school play was speculation but if it was entered as a film and done correctly I don't see why it shouldn't pass.

Does it come down to schools. Or places of education to keep this going. Schools always recognise it. So people are like OH YEAH THATS GREAT.
