I'm sure "Good Cop, Orc Cop" will be amazing but I can't help but think Netflix could have blown that $90m on something more interesting.

Because this film will be directed by David Ayer and will star Will Smith, Joel Edgerton, and Noomi Rapace. Plus, Landis is a damn good writer.
Also, how can a movie *beep* bomb if it's available to stream on netflix? It's not like there's a box office.

David Ayer sucks.
Those actors are all going from flop to flop, aside from Joel Edgerton, who is doing critically well-received low-budget stuff.
I brutally doubt the movie flops. It is free for netflix subscribers and has too much star power. Even if its bad people will see it.

However, I'm hoping it underperforms.

netflix doesnt depend on box office money, that is not how they operate
And Netflix shares its metrics with NO ONE, so how will Hollywood know if it bombs

shareI wish he would go away. He's a mediocre writer at best. But more than that he is the most egocentric loudmouth alive. He can dish out criticism but he can't take it. I also think I am one of the few that thinks Dirk Gently is incredibly overrated.
