A new release date

Well, this is getting old.

After it seemed like the studio *kinda* confirmed at CinemaCon that The New Mutants was going to come to theaters this year after all, the film has once again been pushed back. Now it’s officially set to be released on April 3, 2020.

So, maybe those overdue reshoots they had planned will finally happen. Come what may, let’s hope this is the last time it gets postponed.

Oh don't worry, from what I've hard this movie doesn't have a whole lot going for it....in fact I've hear that this movie is going to be dark and brooding very much like Batman v Superman which is just fine with me since I despise the X-MEN with a burning passion and nothing would make me happier than seeing the X-Men francise fail and with Hugh Jackman hanging up his Wolverine claws for good it looks like when Disney reboot it will be at a disadvantage since fans have already identified Jackman's Wolverine as being so iconic that they probably won't be interested in seeing any other actor take up that mantal.

Yeah, it was originally going to be released on April of last year. Since then, it’s been delayed multiple times and has essentially been in limbo (so many rumors of what will happen to it have been spread). But then this report from CinemaCon came out, and it seemed like there was a strong possibility that it was finally coming out in August of this year (a date that was announced a while back).

Fast forward to 2+weeks later, and according to an anonymous source from Fox the movie has been delayed yet again. :| Oh well, time to wait and see what happens. Again.

I'm not going to count my chickens or anything. But I hope it comes out soon.
