Did Anybody LOL at the Interpretive Dance


when they start doing that weird dance in front of the school shooter. the ridiculousness made me LOL.

No, I love the dance. Just because someone likes or does a dance, it doesn't make them gay. I think that is why lots of people say they hate the dance. They don't want to be pegged as being gay.

Ugh that was so cringey. I was actually enjoying the show up until that happened. The whole "movement" thing that they do throughout the show is weird as hell.

Pretty much I felt...it was one of those scenes where I found myself feeling embarrassed for the actors involved. I haven't watched season 2 so no idea if it's any good or not.

I lost some interest in season 2. Didn't find it nearly as good. It felt like things got too complex. Worth a watch though.

I'm not exactly sure what Brit Marling and Zal Batmanglij have studied in regards to the movements, but they used something similar in Sound of My Voice (2011) with the handshake. I find it fascinating, and I think that it's nice to see something different than what we are used to, or expect, shown.
