How deceptive.........

- I thought I was gonna watch a fantasy/action movie. Instead it's a movie dealing with a very troubled girl. Madison Wolfe did a good job in the role, tho.

-Taylor's treatment of Barbara seemed to go beyond bullying. She seemed obsessed with her. Sophia, who had only been at the school a short time, knew of Barbara's mother being ill. So I assume Taylor and everyone at the school knew. So why the cruel treatment from Taylor. No sympathy?

- I thought it interesting that Sophia desperately made every effort to be Barbara's best friend, regardless of seeing her setting a train on fire, or demanding blood from her. And then there's the talk of Giants.........

- What happened to the father

- The "rare' storm at the end arriving at the same time Barbara was to have her final fight with the Titan was a odd coincidence.

Movie was cute, but I think it would've been cooler if she really did fight Giants and everyone found out she that she wasn't as weird as they thought.

Well, you know, there's no such thing as giants, right?

I can't help but marvel at the level of self-absorbed stupidity it takes to both come up with such an observation and to actually post it as a reply. Amazing.

It wasn't what I thought it was going to be, either but I enjoyed it.

Knowing about kids having tragedy in their lives has never stopped bullies.

*********SPOILERS*******

It wasn’t at all what I was expecting but I found it enjoyable nonetheless. I had never heard of it and based on nothing but the cool movie poster I pressed play. It has an interesting plot, some beautiful locations and the little girls could act fairly well.

It’s a solid movie about a very young kid dealing with grief and loss who constructs a fantasy world in her head where she is the lone hero that can save the town.
