Why is this board so "frozen"

Watched it last night

Was a decent flick. Above average and entertaining, but nothing special

Compared to the sequels of other animation movies like Kung Fu Panda, Toy Story and How to Train Your Dragon, this was a very mediocre sequel. No breakthrough song either like Let it Go.

Hearing a lot of mixed things about it. I feel like the ending will piss people off.
