Still On Demand
I thought that the series was being removed from On Demand, but it is still there and will be until January 2nd. What happened?

shareI’ve got the entire series saved to my DVR. It’s the only thing on there that’s permanent and will occupy a dedicated chunk for the foreseeable future.

Seriously though, i share a dvr with roomies, and they were super cool about me being obsessive over twin peaks this past season, so I thought id be polite and erase it after the finale to make room for American horror story, or whatever dumb crap they are watching now. It didn't occur to me i may one day not be able to watch it ondemand!
Although this bored the shit out of me, let me give some hope to you who feel differently: Premium networks routinely give "kill" dates to series (e.g. HBO's The Sopranos) and then renew them the very next day. HBO is never going to stop making season 1, and thereafter, of The Sopranos available to its On Denand subscribers. In theory, it ends in February of 2018. In practice, never.
However, you can always buy the DVD/Blu-ray/4K disc box set of this (to me, unsatisfying) season and enjoy it with better pictures and sound into perpetuity.
