What in the ever loving fuck did i just watch?
I have no idea what is happening but I am HERE for it.
I want to see that episode 10 more times, on a big screen. I wish I could watch it on an IMAX. The nuclear test and aftermath scene on the Imax with THX sound.
I can't even form coherent sentences right now.
The stunning use of black and white and then adding vibrant color, the sounds, the textures, the just whole visual and audio ATTACK has mind fucked me.
Evil Cooper gets shot but he's fine.
The shadow people.

The 1940's space princess who lives in a castle on a mountain on an island. And Mr. ???? is her levitating butler but his head exploded and a golden orb containing Laura Palmer emerged and the space princess kissed it and sent it through a golden tunnel to earth.
The skull crusher woodsman who speaks fatal poetry on the radio.

One of those shadow people was the creepy figure in the background in the morgue scene when Major Briggs headless body was identified.

So Bob was born from the nuclear tests, he was in an egg vomited by the floating monster.
And Laura was also an egg, only she came from Mr. ????'s head.

If Bob left the body of evil Cooper in that bubble, then bad Cooper just sat up still alive, then what is evil Cooper going to be now? He doesn't have Good Cooper's mind because that's in good Cooper's body that is living Dougie's life, so whose mind does bad Cooper have now?

Evil Cooper will be as he always has been. He seems to need Bob to get to Babalon. But I guess that is now out of his reach.

Mind: BLOWN!!! That nuclear test scene is the most amazing scene I've ever seen on TV, or maybe even period!

I know now why they left a 2 week gap between episode 8 and 9. It takes that long to wrap your head around episode 8.
