Was L3-37 a parody of Kathleen Kennedy? Were Phil Lord and Chris Miller fired because of it?

Interesting theory:

I definitely thought it was a passive aggressive swipe by Disney against those who bitched about sjw issues in the past.

Have a short review of this one here if anyone is interested-https://youtu.be/SVdMCNhBstI

Except that they didn't write the movie...

This video, from where I got the link, deals with that question. L3-37 could have been originally written as a positive droid-activist character by Jon Kasdan, who is a acknowledged SJW, then transformed into a SJW parody by Phil Lord and Chris Weitz, and that could have led to firing them.

If they re-shot 80% of the movie, why didn't KK see to it that the droid was entirely cut out? Or maybe she was both offended and intrigued by it, and liked having her SJW beliefs related to the audience so directly?

Same answer as above, check this video, from where I got the link in first place, it deals with that question:

Oh, that one? Already seen it.

I can't say they were fired over it, or it wouldn't have been in the movie, but it certainly appeared to be a parody of SJWs.
