Troy didn't have a mother who loved him, Nick was a screw up and a mother that overly loved him. Nick didn't have a real dad though Travis tried but he also had Chris. This is wonderful where this is going. Madison is going to keep pushing Troy and he is getting the mother he never had and Nick is going to get the dad he wanted. It will end not well but I hope Troy is around for a long time. I like him. I also really like Jeremiah. He is Fear's Herschal. Another stellar episode.

Madison has experience working with messed up teenagers, so she knows enough to be able to control him. That's why she told Alicia he won't hurt her (though she didn't say he could get very close to that point). As long as he believes she can give him what he couldn't get from his mother, he will not want to disappoint her and she can use that to her advantage. The other side of it- Jeremiah could be doing the same thing to Nick.

Jeremiah and Nick are getting close. Madison is getting under Troy's skin. If they are not careful, they may end up being a one big happy family.

He's going to still be pretty resentful all season for that spoon in the eye, but he still didn't kill her despite ample opportunity.

She was too blunt with him at one point. She asked him "you wanna be a mamma's boy?" and practically revealed her plans. Troy is not dumb and might become suspicious of her intentions. I think she's going too fast.

Nah, she has to move fast, despite potential for tipping over Troy . There is not time in this new world for too much subtlety.

But even in the new world, you can't throw a frog into boiling water and expect her not to notice. You have to boil the frog slowly. No matter if the world has changed, the rules of brainwashing still remain the same.

That was the plan all along.

Eventually, she'll have to give him some warm vagina. She knows that. That's the next step.

Alicia is working the other brother (she's already given him her honey pot) and Nick is working on the dad.

They're taking over.

Yeah i think she will have to play the same card Alicia did. the question is if Troy is a gullible and easily manipulated as his brother (who seems like a good person) unlike troy who is obviously a psychopath.
