I hate judging a movie by its trailer, but this movie looks wretched.

It looks like it was made by a high school film student.

Agree. It’s directed by Baz Luhrmann… I’ve never liked anything he’s directed. Everything he does is flashy like a music video with little to no substance.

Yep. I might have given it a shot in spite of the ultra lame trailer but then I found out it was by Baz. No thanks!

Looks to be a modernization. Bringing the camera up close and personal to stage. This could work provided they have the details right, but I'm not holding out for anything other than for sound effects.
