A very good movie 9/10

I was not expecting much from this movie, which is probably why I did not watch it when it came out or have much interest in watching it.

Then I saw it on Amazon Prime today for free ( since I am a subscriber ).

As I say, I was not expecting much from this movie, but I have to add it as one of my favorite Clint Eastwood movies alongside "Heartbreak Ridge", "White Hunter, Black Heart", and "The Unforgiven". This was really a good movie in terms of entertainment and in terms of having a real human point. Bravo!

The direction, the pacing, the dialog, the character were all outstanding.

yeah, I wasn't expecting much but it was really well done.

It's a shame it didn't perform better at the box office. I thought that it would.

$43 million worldwide on a $45 million budget is a pretty poor return and it certainly deserved better. And typically, Clint's name alone is enough to ensure a certain minimum level at the box office. Even 15:17 to Paris, which was a rather odd film, nearly made double it's budget theatrically.

I agree. Well done. Acting was really good too.

Yeah, and the story had a point. Goes into the classics of Eastwood in my book.

I liked it too, but I think it would have been better with a little more suspense. That's always a problem with movies based on real events; we already know the ending.
