Funniest sight gags in the episode, in ascending order:

Martha in clown makeup; 2. Ginny shoveling peanuts into her mouth while explaining terms to Chip; 3. The Almond Parade, that it exists and that there is an anthropomorphic almond played by a woman named Sheila.

• Chip wonders if it’s possible that the clowns supposedly scaring children in the woods are being paid. He asks Martha to look into it. • Dale asks Chip if he wants to go to Hooters and “get some soup,” which is absurd and wonderful. • “I fell in with a bunch of squatter types. Their leader was a drug-addled flautist and I watched his body get snapped in half on a choo-choo train.”---Chip on his time away. • “Martha, I don’t want to sound greedy, but I can’t survive on two days a work per year. Trust me, I’ve tried.” • “My last gig was a car accident.” • “I was driving when I got trapped by this parade and then I made a little girl cry.” • “Yeah, I dunno how much of it is enthusiasm, Martha, versus just desperation.

Agreed about Ginny, loved her character. The side characters are the only thing keeping me watching.

From the ep "Reverie"...
Chips (admiring Martha's niece and nephew): "Look at all their smiles, Martha!"
Martha (worried tone as usual): "I don't know, whenever I see people smiling that much, I always think they're about to have a nervous breakdown..."
Chips (looks at Martha and says seriously): "Well you'll never have a nervous breakdown I guess."
(Martha almost smiles - for the first/only time in the series!)
Chips: "Whoa whoa, don't smile, Martha, you'll have a nervous breakdown!"

Chip making Martha smile was actually very sweet. I loved that moment.

I suppose it's more of a running gag than a sight gag, but the fact that Martha always has that cast on her arm and the explanation for it is never given is funny to me. What happened? When will it come off?

Love the cast.

Believe 2 episodes ago where Ken slapped Dale, the skeleton at the costume store was hilarious.
