I'm not superficial, but at a bar (especially in a place like this) it's usually eye candy girls are employed as bar staff. So is this some kind of social message about body positivity?

Because the bar is being harass by thugs, if they hire eye candy she would be harass.

Owner girl is a bombshell and always hanging around in the bar during open hours.

She owns the place, where can she go? Locals know the bar is a dangerous place, no pretty girls will accept the job.

No evidence they are locals. The bar is next to a main road, it's more likely they are tourists.
