Every image has so much going on.

Most of it is automatically generated nowadays, or will be soon. Like scenery in games that is organically generated (like in Minecraft). I sure hope so because I don't give an iota about backgrounds anymore, as they are so commonplace.

I thought he was referring to the dense mind of Jar Jar Abrams who thinks space horses are cool.

Space horses are cool but belong in the background like Banthas. The casino planet was lame af. The prevalence of force abilities is lame af. The slow overtake is lame af. The space flying Leia is lame af. The hyperspace missile trick was lame af. The whole of TLJ is lame af. But thank you for reminding me why Star Wars is dead af.
