Finally decided not to see this at the cinema

Didn't watch Solo, not going to watch IX. It'll be a trainwreck anyway and my interest in Disney SW is at such a low by now that I'm not even curious how crap it's going to be anymore. Would love to see another boycott happening, and IX flopping hard.

I'm in the same boat. I don't foresee a failure on the level of Solo, but I wouldn't be surprised if it topped out at only $600-700 million.

Are you not going to watch IX because it's yet another Star Wars movie with Skywalkers in it? Just curious.

I don't care about that, I just expect it to be a garbage movie based off my experience with TFA and TLJ (and the trailer).

Unwise. You missed out in the best new SW film in Solo. Agree though, that this film might not be worth watching in the cinema, but if it gets great reviews... people will reconsider.

Solo was a very poor movie and a horrible Star Wars experience.
