Nods to OHMSS

One of the many enjoyable things in NTTD are the multiple nods to George Lazenby's solo outing as James Bond. From the classic line "We have all the time in the World" to the use of Louis Armstrong's famous song at the end. I am almost certain that Madeline is driving the same model car that Bond drove off with Tracey on their doomed wedding day. Time has been very kind to OHMSS, it is now regarded as one of the best films in the franchise.

When Bond and Ralph Fiennes were talking outside amongst the people, the magnificent main theme from OHMSS was playing quite clearly.

What is the point in bringing back “we have all the time in the world”? I mean it could have been symbolic that in the afterlife or whatever Bond and Tracy are now together and have all the time in the world but Bond didn’t marry Tracy in this continuity

A lot depends on the producers or writers of No Time to Die. Daniel Craig was one of the executive producers and he has gone on record as saying that OHMSS is one of his favourite Bond movies. He was clearly paying tribute to it.

It's only because Cary Joji Fukunaga said OHMSS is his favourite Bond movie.

Using the song at the end was weird and didn't fit at all. In fact using the line 'we have all the time in the world' early on felt out of place and just televised what was going to happen at the end of the film.

Exactly and heck if Tracy even existed within this continuity I could see a justification for having the song in the movie but she doesn't and it just feels like a very forced reference. Like they just wanted to have the song in there whether it made sense to or not.
